Jessica M.

Jessica joined RMS in June 2018. She spent her first three years with the company as an Administrative Assistant before transitioning to a Plan Specialist role in July 2021. In December 2025, Jessica was promoted to New Business Support Specialist, where she now focuses on onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth, positive experience. Jessica lives in Louisville with her husband Alex, and their two daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and loves relaxing with a good book.
