Plan Specialist
Experience / Qualifications --- Prefer someone with some 401(k) / profit sharing experience; but willing to consider a good trainee. Applicant should have a bachelor's degree, and possess excellent communication, organizational, math, and analytical skills.
Job Description --- Full-time work with profit sharing and 401(k) plans and the ASC defined contribution system; allocate contributions; reconcile fund assets; balance financial figures; prepare allocation reports, participant statements, compliance testing, and annual government filings.

Other RMS Information:
Office hours: Mon. to Fri., 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, but employees choose flex time. Very good benefits package. Non-smoking office. Suburban location in Middletown. Free parking.
