Elizabeth Potts, a graduate of the University of Louisville, is a Certified Public Accountant. Her background includes over ten years of public accounting experience and 11 years of experience with qualified retirement plans. She has also taught Payroll, Taxation and Principles of Accounting I at two local Colleges. Ms. Potts is an active member of the Louisville Chapter of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists, the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Louisville Employee Benefits Council. Laura Stallard joined Retirement Management Services, LLC (RMS) in January 2001 after devoting over seven years to public accounting. Ms. Stallard is an Account Executive specializing in consulting, administration and design of defined contribution plans. Her past experience consists of audits, financial statement preparation and tax compliance for employee benefit plans, closely held businesses and nonprofit organizations. Carol Miller joined RMS as an Account Executive in February, 2002. Amber Lloyd, an owner and the Vice President of RMS, is an Accredited Pension Administrator, a Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor designee and a Certified Financial Planner[tm] certificant. During her 12 years in the retirement field, she has worked on all types of retirement programs, including both qualified and non-qualified plans. Ms. Lloyd is the Immediate Past President of the Louisville Employee Benefits Council, and is an active member of the National Institute of Pension Administrators, the ESOP Association, the National Center for Employee Ownership and the Financial Planning Association. She also sits on the

Board of Directors and serves as Treasurer for Mummers and Minstrels, a local community theatre. Ms. Lloyd currently devotes most of her time to consulting on Employee Stock Ownership, 401(k) and profit sharing plans. Ms. Lloyd is a graduate of the University of Kentucky where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Finance.

Mr. Lynch, the President of RMS, is a native of Louisville, Kentucky, a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Bellarmine University, a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a member of the American Academy of Actuaries, a member of the American Society of Pension Actuaries, and an Enrolled Actuary. He is a seasoned consultant with 32 years of experience in employee benefits. He has advised clients, attorneys, CPAs, estate planners, trust officers, investment advisors, brokers, and financial planners on the design and administration of hundreds of retirement programs sponsored by private industry and non-profit employers.

He has been authorized to represent many employers before the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Labor, and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation. Mr. Lynch has given dozens of speeches to professional groups and has been involved in a number of community service volunteer projects.

She is a graduate of the 1999 Focus Louisville Program and was a 1999 Business First’s Forty Under Forty honoree. She is currently a board member and President-Elect for Business and Professional Women of River City, Inc., and Board President of Community Services Project, Inc. She has devoted much of her time to civic endeavors including high school counseling for Junior Achievement, fund raising for Metro United Way and Fund for the Arts, and career mentoring for Kentuckiana Girl Scouts and Maryhurst. She is a Louisville native and resides with her husband, Sean, in Spencer County.

Anne Keehn joined RMS as an Account Executive in 2007. She graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Anne has worked in the area of defined contribution plan administration for over 18 years. Her past experience includes qualified retirement plan consulting, plan document underwriting, plan conversions and compliance. Anne is a Qualified 401(k) Administrator and an active member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) for which she assists the Education Committee by teaching classes and reviewing exam material. Anne also serves as a member of

the program committee of the Louisville Employee Benefits Council. Anne resides in Indiana with her husband and two children and is active in the PTO for her children's schools.

Lauren Klueber joined RMS in September 2007. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She is a CPA with over 20 years experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation. Immediately prior to joining RMS, Lauren served as the controller for a self-insured worker's compensation trust fund and as a tax accountant for individual and small business clients. Lauren is a member of the Kentucky Society of CPAs, is the current reasurer for her daughters' high school booster club, and provides accounting assistance to a local non-profit theater group. Ms. Klueber will devote most of her time at RMS to defined contribution plan administration and compliance testing.

Judith joined RMS in November, 2005. She has over 20 years trust banking experience, with the last 11 spent in retirement plan administration. Judith received her Bachelor of Science from Morehead State University and a Certified Retirement Services Professional designation from the Institue of Certified Bankers. Ms. Rohr devotes most of her time to defined contribution plan administration.

Laura Lyvers joined RMS as an Account Executive in January of 2008. She is a 1995 graduate of Bellarmine College with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. Laura is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Qualified 401 (k) Administrator. She has over 22 years experience working with the various aspects of defined contribution plans. Her past experience includes working with plan design, compliance testing, and plan administration for plans of all sizes. She is a member of the Louisville Employee Benefits Council, the Kentucky Society of CPA's and the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries. Laura and her

husband have three children, and she is active in her children's school recently serving on the School Board, the Finance Committee and as 8th Grade Trip Treasurer. Laura devotes most of her time to defined contribution plan administration and consulting.
