Susan rejoined RMS in 2022 as a New Business Consultant having previously worked from 2009-2012 as a Senior Plan Specialist. She is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Susan is a Qualified 401(k) Administrator with over twenty years of experience in Defined Contribution plan administration. She works closely with our Sales team specializing in plan design and legal document preparation. Susan lives in Oldham County with her husband and recently launched her son into pre-adulthood at WKU. She has a small gnome problem but she can stop any time she wants.
