Susan rejoined RMS in 2022 as a New Business Consultant having previously worked from 2009-2012 as a Senior Plan Specialist. She is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Susan is a Qualified 401(k) Administrator with twenty years of experience in Defined Contribution plan administration. She works closely with our Sales team specializing in plan design and legal document preparation. Susan currently serves on the board for Cornerstone Chrysalis as Treasurer. She enjoys camping and game nights with her family and friends.
