Teresa joined the RMS team in June 2023, bringing a unique blend of experience from both the financial and educational sector. After working nine years in education, she returned to retirement services, where she previously served as a plan specialist and daily processor. She holds a degree in Elementary Education from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Indiana University Southeast. She is an active member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries and has earned her Qualified 401(k) Administrator credentials. Her current focus centers on defined contribution plans and compliance testing.Teresa is a resident of Indiana with her husband and children. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
